Our Approach
Our team takes a student-centric approach to designing a fully custom off-campus search platform for your college or university in as little as four months. While this platform is developed at no cost to your school, our team builds your platform from the ground up, directly shaped by the feedback from your school administration, students, and local landlords in the community.
Step 1: Discovery
(2 Weeks)
Conduct a current state assessment of the off-campus housing process of your university, including stakeholder interviews to better understand what the current process looks like for both students and local landlords.
Step 2: Proposal
(2 Weeks)
Based on the current state assessment our team will put together a proposal for your office for a custom housing platform that aligns with the needs of the various stakeholders and the strategic vision of your office.
Step 3: Build
(4 Weeks)
After the requirements are finalized for the proposal, our team will build out a custom off-campus housing search platform including all of the branding for your institution over the course of four weeks.
Step 4: Rollout
(8 Weeks)
Our team will work hand and hand with your office to help design and execute a roll out plan for the adoption of the new platform between students and local landlords.
